Refund Policy
Due to the nature or our products and services we have a no refund policy on all services and products. All sales are final. Any delivery issues must be reconciled through supplier.
Order Processing
All orders placed on our website are subject to a processing time of up to two weeks (14 calendar days). This includes verifying order details, payment processing, and preparing your items for shipment.
Orders placed after 3 PM (local time) or on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping and Delivery
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotional periods, or inclement weather), order processing and shipping times may experience further delays.
While we strive to meet our timelines, external factors such as increased demand and carrier delays may impact delivery schedules. We recommend placing orders early during these times to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the carrier’s website.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but in order to provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge of your book service. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge to the credit/debit card on file. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid the cancellation fee.
Late Policy
At Luminous Glow LLC, I value your time and mine. To provide the best experience for all clients, I ask that you please review and respect the following late policy: Grace Period: There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Please notify me if you are running late.
Arrival After Grace Period: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, but the full service fee will still apply. No Show / Excessive Lateness: Arrivals 15+ minutes late without communication will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be canceled. A no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service price will apply. Communication is Key: I understand that life happens! Rescheduling Policy
At Luminous Glow LLC, I appreciate your commitment to your appointment. Please review the reschedule policy to help ensure fairness for all clients: Notice Required: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment without penalty. Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: Reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% reschedule fee, due prior to booking your next appointment.
Same-Day Reschedules / No Shows: Same-day reschedules are considered a late cancellation and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Deposit Terms: Your deposit may be applied to one rescheduled appointment only. If you need to reschedule that appointment again, your initial deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure a new booking.
